SAN ANTONIO, TX., May 5, 2018 – Globalgig announces today that industry veteran Jennifer Mao has joined the company as Chief Marketing Officer. As CMO, Mao will be responsible for driving Globalgig’s marketing, communications and product initiatives in support of the company’s strategic plan.

Prior to joining Globalgig, Mao served as the executive vice president of marketing for Alpheus Communications where she was responsible for strategic marketing programs to jump-start the enterprise B2B segment. Her previous leadership experience included marketing executive positions at Airband Communications, Sage Telecom and GlobeRanger Corporation. Mao earned a bachelor of science in electrical engineering from U.C. Berkeley and masters of business administration from U.C.L.A.
