The Client Success Manager(CSM) is a critical member of the sales team at Globalgig.  Globalgig is a rapidly growing, innovative telecommunications solution provider.  We service Fortune 1000 customers by designing, building, and managing their global, Wide Area Networks.  The CSM is responsible for onboarding new customers and their orders. The CSM works closely with Customers, Sales, Partners, Provisioning, Billing, and Operations to ensure Customers have a tremendous experience in the onboarding phase of their relationship.

Responsibilities

  • Build relationships with internal employees, customers, vendors, and partners
  • Take ownership of customer orders and work directly with the customer, partner, salesperson, vendors, and provisioning to create clean orders and ensure a smooth transition to provisioning
  • Reducing total briefcase time and improving revenue throughput by improving operational efficiency
    • Sales operations: costing, quoting, order entry, billing, fallout, upgrades, MACD
  • Take ownership of the customer experience from customer signature through ordering and finally onboarding
  • Be the expert for the customer when it comes to support tools, systems, and processes

Metrics/ KPIs:  Compensation tied to MRR and NRR turned up each quarter.

Key Internal Partners: Provisioning, client engineering, finance

 

Qualifications

  • A strong sense of ownership
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Detail and project oriented
  • Self-motivated with a get the job done attitude
  • Business to business experience with Fortune 1000 customers
  • Highly proficient with Excel, Outlook, Teams, PowerPoint, and Word
  • Telecom and experience is a plus

 

Compensation:  Salary plus Performance Based Bonus. Range $60,000 – $110,000
