Acquisition expands carrier and customer contracts, adding developers and experienced staff with extensive wireless expertise
SAN ANTONIO, TX., December 10, 2018 – Globalgig, orchestrating hyperconnectivity with a suite of wireless, mobility, voice and managed network solutions, today announced the acquisition of LJC Telecom. Based in Paris, France, LJC Telecom was founded over 25 years ago to simplify billing and wireless service management. Today, LJC’s provides mobility and IoT solutions to clientele that includes major global corporations and governmental agencies.
Currently, Globalgig offers Orchestra, a SIM and device management portal that gives enterprise customers single-pane-of-glass management of its end-user data plans and devices. The LJC Telecom acquisition will enable Globalgig to expand the capabilities of Orchestra from a features and scalability standpoint. Additionally, LJC Telecom’s developers and mobile specialists will give Globalgig the resources to deliver Orchestra as a software service (SaaS) to partners, large global enterprise and public sector organizations looking to streamline wireless management.
